Checking total hours on a cpap machine

I just purchased a ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset cpap machine off of Craigslist. How do I check to find out the amount of hours on it. The guy said he used it three nights. I only bought it as a backup, so I'm not overly concerned.

With the machine plugged in and OPTIONS showing on the screen, press the dial button. Then press and hold the dial button and the home button together for 5 seconds. When SETTINGS appears on the screen press the dial button. Then turn the dial as far as you can until you see ABOUT. Press the dial button to see the "run hours".
