Strange relentless nostril tickle/sneezing/runny/watering eye madness please help

Maybe once or twice a month...
I wake up with a strange tickle sensation inside only ONE nostril (alternating) which persists throughout the entire day and causes constant runny nose and uncontrollable sneezing and watery eye on one side only.
It is so constant and intrusive that I am unable to go anywhere without bringing a few packs of travel Kleenex and cannot carry a normal conversation without people wondering what's up with my face and eye. I have been tested for all common allergies and do not have any but this is what I image an extreme allergy attack feels like except that it lasts ALL DAY and night. I have tried Saline nasal spray to moisten and no change was observed. It is immune to Claritin which makes sense as I suspect it is NOT an allergy but rather something associated with the CPAP therapy and my nasal mask. I have also replaced both my mask and tube already.

It feels like there's a tiny little feather inside my nostril. Sometimes I will notice it first thing in the AM when I wake up and still have the mask on when an uncontrollable sneeze will come and I have to remove the mask fast. If you've ever sneezed wearing a CPAP mask you know it's not pretty. Then it just seems to persist all darn day after that.

Praying someone on here knows what this is, and more importantly how to remedy it.

Have you checked the hair in your nose? If you have this problem all day it's unlikely to be from the CPAP. Have you had an ENT exam?

Same hair as always. No on the ENT exam.
