Today I found the 3 buttons on my machine flashing, not the humidifier knob light.
the humidifier is working & water is evaporating. I went into the supervisory menu & setup my pressure, cflex, & altitude settings for what's comfortable for me. I have the Mask leak alarm & auto off function turned off.
I've read if you have Auto off turned on & you get a Mask leak while your sleeping the machine will turn off.
I do not want to be awakened by any alarms or allow my machine to turn off auto for any reason. I'd rather turn it off myself. My machine does not have a Data Card port. Is it possible the flashing blue lights were an indication of a Mask leak even though I have the alarm turned off ?
More important info.
I've read the Reservoir Tank O ring that goes all the way around the Tank where it splits apart is only good for about a year & will start to leak & I found a solution to the problem.
2 things you can do that worked for me. Use Silicon sealer & smear it all the way around the O Ring grove & O ring itself & close the 2 halves together & Lock the locking Tab. Also smear Silicon sealer all the way around the edge of the Heating plate on the outside of the Tank & let dry. I've read that over time the heat being applied to the heating plate of the Tank will cause it's seal to break down & it will leak around the edge of the plate.
Last week I noticed a puddle of water under my machine. I removed the Tank I held my machine up & water was dripping out of the bottom of my machine. I got lucky it did no harm & lucky even more that there was no electrical Short & fire started while sleeping. Using Silicon sealer to seal the Tank & heating plate edge will allow for expansion when it gets hot & not break the seal & stop your Tank from leaking water inside the machine.
Your probably wondering how I'd clean the inside of my tank ?
I just got the So-clean System that uses Activated Air, Ozone treatment to clean the Mask, Hose, Tank, & Machine all at the same time. You can leave distilled water in the Tank during the cleaning process.
This eliminates the need to clean the inside of the tank, The Ozone treatment disinfects everything.
It's for this reason I decided to follow the instructions I found & to use Silicon Sealer to seal my Tank & Heating plate on the Tank to stop the tank form leaking under pressure. It worked.
If anyone can tell me why else the 3 lights on the M series will flash, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thank you.
Remstar M series flashing lights & SoClean System.

The "soclean" is a waste of money, and potentially harmful to your equipment.vcooper15 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 24, 2019 10:24 am
