Hello.
I've been using the https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... -cpap-mask for a while, as well as the Amara View, and others.
The Airtouch F20 is a good mask, but I've had plenty of times in which the back of the headgear rides up against the base of the skull and the neck, and I do sometimes get headaches that may be occipital/neuralgia, etc.
Any recommendations for headgear that will be less of a pain?

Re: CPAP Headgear
If you like the mask, just get a pad for the back strap. If you can't develop your own, go to padacheek.comREMStar Plus C-Flex wrote: ↑Tue Sep 10, 2019 6:53 pmHello.

Re: CPAP Headgear
There is a guy that swears by this technique.
It is that elastic self adhering bandage material
Credit goes to:
bernieb
Looks like it would help.
I have not needed to yet, but will try whenever.
Hope that helps.

Vetwrap would work, too.
Way cheaper, in fact.
Sold at TSC in the horse department.
Many pretty colors.

Re: CPAP Headgear
I would be interested in finding out an answer to this same question for myself. I also use a F20, have tried a backstrap for the back, and even a number of different pillows. I am a back sleeper and I usually tilt my head to one side or the other. I'd go to a nasal pillow but I am a mouth breather due to allergies and a poorly formed nose so I have to use a full face. Are there maybe other full face masks that don't have straps in the neck area?
