Resmed airsense 10 machine air leak?

Hi

I have an air leak around the humidifier chamber on my Resmed airsense 10 which gives a whiny noise while operating. A manometer reading shows that the pressure is lower than expected. Replacing the water chamber did not help. Its sit kind of loose when attached to the unit. I might need to replace or adjust some sealing gaskets within the socket where the chamber attaches. Any ideas?

If the unit is less than 2 years old take it back for repair...2 year warranty

Check the humidifier is seated properly within the unit. It should not jiggle.
Check the gasket on the humidifier is seated properly.
Within the unit is a port that connects the humidifier to the hose connecter, ensure it is connected properly.

The gasket would be my first thought.....first make sure there isn't a wrinkle in it which can happen. It can sort of get in a bind and cause a leak.
Relatively easy and cheap to replace. I can't seem to find just the gasket by itself.
