Having a chatroom

Post by loonlvr » Wed Mar 09, 2005 12:53 pm

Does anyone think having a chatrrom in addition to this message board would be a good idea? I ve been an admin for years in another general chatrrom and it seems feasible. I m sure we have enough possible admins in here to volunteer. One advantage is that its easy to know who your talking to thru ip addresses, no matter what name they use.

loonlvr, I like the idea. I visit the TAS chatroom maybe once a week or so. It's fun to "talk" (type, actually) in "real-time" to other people one has come to know on the message board.

The way responses happen quickly on this message board, it's almost like a chatroom already, but a real chatroom can be fun.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!! I already waste way too much time at work reading the posts here! If it was possible to actually visit with the wonderful folks here, I wouldn't get ANY work done! Then I'd get fired, then not be able to pay for my home computer connection, then Sweetie wouldn't be able to do her ebay vintage clothing business, then we'd lose the new SUV, the house, we wouldn't be able to eat and we would all end up homeless, living under a bridge with the trolls and everything!!!

Oh, wait a minute......wrong board! Sorry!
