Manufacture date of a CPAP machine?

Is there a way to learn what the manufacture date of a CPAP machine is from all of the numbers printed on the machine? For some reason, ResMed won't provide me with that information and directed me to make the inquiry with the distributor. Thanks.

Look at the serial number. The third and fourth digits are the year of manufacture. Exact date is not available.

BTW, the first two digits are the country of manufacture. 22 = Australia
23 = Singapore

Mine starts 2319 - Singapore, 2019

Excellent! Thank you. 2320 here. Also, it states on the machine that it was made in Singapore.

I just bought a new Resmed Airsense 10 as a backup and the serial number starts (21)2320********. I know what that 23 is Singapore and 20 is 2020 but what is the (21) at the begining?
