Does anyone have a great sleep Doctor in or around Massachusetts?
I have transitional sleep apnea and it’s killing me. And my doctors basically said “we don’t know”. I just want to speak with a dr that knows about this transitional stuff. O2 levels drop hard with it too.
I’m young (ish) and in shape. 35 with two small kids.
I have came across dozens of people who have this issue but zero people that say it’s been fixed
As always, thank you.
Chris

Hi, please read the info re Oscar (free) software at the top of the page and follow instructions re posting which graphs (and not) here so we can see what's going on and try to help. Don't include the calendar or pie chart please. There are experts who will advise. The software is the most comprehensive there is available.

Hey Julie, I'm becoming more of a veteran here. You guys have looked at my stuff and even Pugsy has no Answers! My transitionals cause my O2 to drop into the 70's at times and wakes me up for hours. Trying to see if there is anyone that has talked to a Dr that knows all about transitional or have any recommendations for a good Dr in my area.
Here is an example of it - last night. This happens over and over again, many times it doesn't even register as an apnea. But this is about 2 mins into actually trying to go to sleep. Its not insomnia, I can roll over and "fall asleep" right away. 2 mins later, bam wakeup not breathing.
The AHI #'s arent a problem. But if it takes me 4 hours to stay asleep then it doesnt matter. Once I actually to get to sleep I'm fine. If I could sleep through it, it would be great.
