2- Did you have to make any pressure changes for using this mask ?
I let my apap do the work here, but Stuart (ceo, support, and all around great person at Bleep) did tell me that some patients can lower their settings.
3- I have the diffuser so I don't hear any leaks. But Oscar doesn't agree, My AHI's are now higher than day 1 on Cpap. My leak line on oscar is not good. What is strange is if I wake up for a second or two I don't feel or hear any leaking.
I use extra tape in places. It appears not enough places.
There should be no leaks beyond the normal leak rate, so the machine should not show anything abnormal here. If you are seeing otherwise then there is something wrong. It could be at the nose, in the clips (they are super fussy) or elsewhere, including at the water tank.
My strongest recommendation is to call Stuart (call the support number). He is very eager to help and won't quit on you if you don't. It took me a month to get it working, but that perseverance paid off and I get great sleep every night now. Pugsy here is also very helpful.
My routine at night now involves washing my face with an oil free cleaner like Cetaphil, using an adhesion promoter (

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0009Q2PE4?re ... b_ap_share). The last 2 products were both recommended by Stuart, but i have unusually oily skin, most people don't have to do all of that. My leak is averaging 17L per minute at about 15cm h2o pressure.
Stick with it, you won't be disappointed.
Sleep loss is a terrible thing. People get grumpy, short-tempered, etc. That happens here even among the generally friendly. Try not to take it personally.
