Reset the time on Resmed Airsense 10

Hi I would like to reset the time on Resmed Airsense 10. Also how do I change the pressures? Thank you

Press and hold the dial button and the home button together for 5 seconds. The screen will change to "settings". Press the dial button. Scroll to what ever you want to change.

If setting backward, wait until the new time does not overlap existing therapy hours.
Because it will not let you do that.
