What is going on with CPAP.com these days?
I have been having less than stellar customer (email) support over several months with CPAP.com. Whether it's very long delays in answering simple questions or not answering follow-up questions. I was even asked to resubmit my RX which they have had for almost 10 years when I went to order some masks.
What also peaked my curiosity is CPAP.com is not listed as an authorized seller on Resmed's website. Many of their items on their website are no longer available including Mirage Activa LT parts or masks. In contrast, they're available with other providers.

I had a completely opposite experience. I recently lost my prescription... And they were able to get me a copy. Also I ended up ordering two copies of the wrong mask and they did everything they could to fix it.
I'm sorry that your experience wasn't as good.

I recently purchased my Resmed machine from them and they were great. My first machine was making a noise and they quickly shipped me a replacement.

I have researched a ton of different companies, read reviews and even checked their BBB score. CPAP.com comes in at the top of the list. Haven’t even got my test results back and ready to place an order. I did send them one email and it has been crickets. No big deal but before I place my other I will call first and make sure I am ordering the right stuff.

My prescription at www.cpap.com was for 99 months, and that was in 2010.
Yes, I do believe it has expired.
Or is about to.

FWIW folks.
The ONLY person who frequents this forum that actually works for cpap.com and might be able to answer questions about how cpap.com works or not...is Carolyn Goodman.
If someone has a problem or a question about service then they need to contact Carolyn.
Go down to the bottom of the main page where it says "the team" and click on it and in there you will find a link to her profile where you can send her a private message.

My experience was always great until recently. Considering it was more than just a one off, actually every time within the last 4 months, I think there must be something else at play here.Nooblakahn wrote: ↑Mon Jan 18, 2021 6:55 amI had a completely opposite experience. SOUNDS good, until you realize that THAT (99 months) is 8 years and 3 months.chunkyfrog wrote: ↑Mon Jan 18, 2021 1:49 pmMy prescription at www.cpap.com was for 99 months, and that was in 2010.

If I remember correctly 99 months is considered good forever.

I kind of figured somebody pulled that number out of their anus, so to speak.
Boilerplate CYA, corporate BS.
Silly, when you realize that OSA does not go away spontaneously,
nor is it currently "curable"--unless some cutter wants a new bass boat.

Re: What is going on with CPAP.com these days?
Maybe that something else is called the Covid-19 pandemic. Most businesses have people working from home, their staffing is less stable, it has slowed response times and made service less reliable in almost every business I've dealt with in almost the past year.My experience was always great until recently. Considering it was more than just a one off, actually every time within the last 4 months, I think there must be something else at play here.
I'll let Carolyn speak for herself, but I am cutting every business I deal with a little slack right now.
What also peaked my curiosity is CPAP.com is not listed as an authorized seller on Resmed's website. Many of their items on their website are no longer available including Mirage Activa LT parts or masks. In contrast, they're available with other providers.
I looked up the Mirage Activa mask on another online supplier's website. That mask has been DISCONTINUED as of 12-22-20. So it's not fair to blame cpap.com for that. It may be that other suppliers still had supplies in stock while cpap.com did not.
