Is CPAP.COM Still Doing Business?

I hope this is okay for me to post but I dont know what else to do. I placed a large order with cpap.com on June 2 and received order confirmation, but not a peep since. Order info on my account page says only that it was sent to fulfillment. I have emailed, texted and called numerous times but no reply, and no-one coming to the phone even after 30-min of being put on hold. Chat lines seem to be down as well.

This really surprises me, as I have been a cpap.com customer since 2012 and have always experienced their customer service as being very responsive..

I placed a small order 2021-06-02 16:21:56 and received it today June 07, 11:17AM.

Still in business. :D

Various carriers have been experiencing delays,
Often blaming it "on the pandemic".
Parcel Post, in particular is at least a day slower, due to highest level incompetence.

Thanks for the reminder about postal deliveries. I'm not so concerned about the transit time of my order as I am the fact that I never received a shipping notice with tracking info and I have not been able to reach anyone at the company after many attempts. As far as my account info on the website shows, it has not even shipped yet. I don't remember cpap.com being so opaque in the past so maybe something has changed at the company..

I don't know if there still working from home or back in the store. I know at one time I think they were working from home do to covid. I called a couple of times last week and had no problems getting through to them, I was on hold for awhile. I called the number that is at the top of there web page.

Just spoke to a rep today (likely working at home/didn't ask), with no problem... but if they're 'out of business' why would they be giving phone help?

Another casualty of Covid.
Those things are also harder to do from home.
I don't get them every time when I order CGM sensors.
It is what it is.
I grin and bear it.

I just got off the phone with CPAP.com. They are in the process of converting to a new computer system. It is taking much longer than usual for the computer to respond to the associate's input and requests for info. She assures me that once it's done, it will be better than the old system! Meanwhile, calls are taking longer than usual. So, have patience!

I ordered a new AutoPAP from CPAP.COM in late April and overall it was a positive experience. Yes, they're having problems with the new system, but they were still good to deal with. My first machine had a defect and when I called to report it, they said they would ship out a new machine and would email me a prepaid return label. It took a couple of tries for the system to handle both, but it did. The replacement machine is working just fine. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I received emails confirming my order, saying it had been shipped, and giving me details on my order, such as serial numbers.

As for long hold times on the phone, I've been experiencing that with several businesses and doctor's offices. I can usually get through if I wait a bit and try again.
