ResMed AirSense 10 problem

ResMed AirSense 10 problem

Its whining after 1 and half years! But I been very happy with it. Bought from Direct Medical. Anyone ever return one to ResMed? Tried email and calling but long hold times. Can't do that while at work. I cant find the receipt but Lsat says resmed has serial number. Any help would be appreciated.

Direct Medical will handle your warranty claims.
Warranty claims on defective product must be made by the initial consumer at the point of purchase.
