I know that this thread has been raised, but as a new subscriber, please bear with me.
My Airsense 10 is just over 2 years old (March 2019) and the humidifier has ceased to work. Switching it off & on has not helped as Preferred Homecare helpfully suggested.
There is a Florida company - Altra Service Professionals LLC that can repair, so they say. If it's the humidifier, the cost can be $100-$150. If it's the circuit board, it'll be $350, providing they can get it (from China) There is NO ETA at present, and in the best scenario, the delay is 2 weeks.
Are there any service places out there that can help? I searched for warming/heating tape to replace the broken unit inside. There would be some imaginative work, but as an engineer - it can and will work.
Anyone?

If by any remote chance of good luck you have warranty available...they can also handle that aspect.

Edit: found another post with more repair places. Maybe one is local to you.

The list all have factory trained repair technicians for their repairs. You may even have a store local you can your machine into. Anyone else know other companies please add them in your replies.

i don't know why it surprizes me that ifixit would have this, but it does.
guess i'm more inclined to think they do computer or phone stuff.

The thing that ifixit link lacked until this morning is the fuse type. I'm cross-posting it here to make sure the information stays available. The fuse is a Therm-O-Disc G7F01098C which I found out by salvaging one from an inherited AirSense 10. Over time the markings on the fuse fade - I couldn’t read the one from my original machine. That particular fuse is very hard to find, but a G7F01093C should work (5 degrees C lower cutoff shouldn’t matter) and it’s more commonly available.
