Been using Resmed Airsense10 since 2016 with full face masks (F20 initially, now F30). My mouth gets very dry and I need a drink of water from my nightstand occasionally. I hated having to remove the mask and headgear each time to do so. Stumbled upon a Contigo product called the Shake-and-Go Autoclose Tumbler. It comes in two sizes, 16 oz and 20 oz. Solved the problem, and have been happily using these for years now.
The tumbler is basically a large lidded cup with a long straw and is relatively spill-proof. The cool feature that really makes it work for me is a spring-loaded "door" that holds the straw firmly in place at whatever height you want. With a decent amount of the straw sticking out from the cup, during the night I can just disconnect the air hose from my mask, take a quick sip through the hole in the mask, then reconnect the hose and get back to sleep. No mask or headgear removal required. To keep from waking my wife with air noise, I push the off button to shut the machine down before I disconnect the airhose. Then, after I've had my drink, I reconnect and let the system turn itself back on.
Hope this may be of help to anyone using full masks and struggling with an easy way to stay hydrated through the night.

Have you tried Xylimelts? With them, your mouth shouldn't get dry.

Hydration is so important that we need to drink regularly,
even if we might not feel all that thirsty.
Besides it is cheaper than a lozenge--you likely need the water anyway.
Using the melts is acceptable if the drink still leaves you parched.
I have been dehydrated a couple of times--and it is dangerous--and feels like crap.

When I was using a ResMed Quattro Mask I often thought about using one of those coffee stirrer straws through the oxygen port to drink water without removing my mask, but I never tried it.

Love the creativity of people who have a will to find a way. Recently I had put my nose stickies on for my Dreamport Bleep mask but ended up not being quite ready for bed. At some point I needed to blow my nose. A long skinny rolled up corner of a paper towel fits up in those holes quite nicely. Next time I'll be a little classier and use a cotton swab.
