Luna 2 QX

Okay so my machine was messed up..they came and brought me a different one then what I was using. I now have the Luna 2. They set the ramp time to 30 minutes..my resmed was at 5 . I know how to change those settings. My question is … can I do something in the settings to make it automatically turn on when I put on my mask and off when I remove it?? Also with my resmed I had my air app on my phone..I don’t know if there’s an app for this machine or not?? Thanks for any help…

it looks like luna 2 is NOT the machine you want. in the thread, pugsy (forum moderator and very knowledgeable person) explains why.

any chance you can get them to replace it with a duplicate of your old machine?

are they (whoever THEY are) planning on repairing and returning?

When I first started on this journey, I was given the China made Luna II by my useless DME. The machine is probably ok. The problem was there was no clinical manual and the DME acted like I had no business knowing anything about its functions. Total stonewall. No where to get any help. No Sleepyhead/Oscar for Luna II (still isn't). That is crucial.

I took it back to them, dumped it on their desk, got return receipt and never went/looked back. Found this forum and bought a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset for Her/Him and learned how to take care of business.

You need to tell "them" to cram the Luna II where the sun does not shine and give you a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset.
You had one and should demand a replacement in kind.
