North Carolina licensure?
Trying to reorder supplies from clap.c*m. Get a message saying they are not shipping to my state, NC. I call them and I’m told there is an issue with licensure in NC and they don’t know when it will be resolved. Then I’m asked if I have someone in another state that I can mail supplies to and have forwarded to myself? What is going on? I’ve ordered for 10+yrs? I had them email my Rx and now have to search for another company to use. Anyone else have this problem? Very frustrating.

That's too bad. Here is what the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy says,
The initial license fee is $500 with a required annual renewal of $200. Another government scam driving up the cost of healthcare for us CPAP users.
If all 50 states have similar fees, nationwide coverage would cost CPAP.com $25,000 initially and $10,000 each year thereafter. Plus, someone to fill out all the forms, submit the payment and file the license.
Further down, they say the definition of devices includes CPAPs.Each place, whether located in this State or out-of-state, where devices are dispensed or delivered to the user in this State shall register annually with the Board on a form provided by the Board and obtain a device permit.

Can this be done via a mail forwarding service?
Or do you have friends or relatives in a different state,
who can "lend" you their address?
If there really is such an outfit as "clap.com", do not send them your money.
You may not like what you get.

Not sure this will work but try Amazon or E-Bay. They are now my "DME" after I lost coverage. You won't get insurance reimbursement, but the prices are good.
