Hey y'all - I'm looking to get a travel APAP Machine and would love any recommendations.
I'm aware there's not a lot of great options out there, and seems like it's either the Z2 Auto or the ResMed AirMini. Cost isn't a factor since insurance is covering it

I'm just looking for portability/carryability through airports, as well as a unit that's quiet and provides decent humidification.
I've been leaning towards the Z2 Auto based on things that I've read - so wondering what people's experiences are and how good the humidification works for it.
Thanks everyone!

That rules out portable travel machines.

Why?
Taking your home machine--or a duplicate--is a small price to pay for uninterrupted
OPTIMAL therapy.
No sense ruining a nice trip with crappy sleep.

I have a DreamStation Go that I am fond of. Small footprint, integrated power supply, optional modular humidifier, not too noisy. Unfortunately it is subject to the Phillis recall and it now sits in my closet.
I have since acquired a Z2. Works as advertised. Small and light (although it has a large power brick). No humidifier option although it has the humidx tabs, I don’t use them. My main issue is that it has a whinny noise at the mask that takes a little bit of time to get used to. I can sleep OK with it. It used to go for around $550 but is being marked up quite a bit during the shortage. BTW, campers and hikers favor it for its small size, low power usage and ability to use alternative battery solutions.
