Hi friend, thanks for sharing. 3 years ago, I developed sinusitis, which progressively gotten worse, have no idea the cause. I only sneeze in one room in my home, computer room. Room I smoke the most. I have Holmes air purifier and essential oil diffuser on desk. Steam clean carpet, and still sneeze. I stopped smoking in computer room for a week and still sneezed.
I shared with allergist, dust makes me sneeze, he shared I don't have dust allergies. I live in dust bowl of Tx. I don't have allergies, but Tx is rated #1 worst allergy state.
I get alot of viral/bacterial sinus infections , which causes my body to become super hot, but no fever, waking me up. Forgot what dr called it, something like, internal fever. States sinusitis can cause.
Reason, I pinpoint sinusitis is, for years I rarely had any sleep issues, till the sneezing began 3 years ago. 4 sinus CT scans - normal past 3 years.
But, on Jun 4th, 2022, CT scan revealed left sinus inflammation. May 9th, had lung infection, possible pnemonia, then cleared of pneumonia, after blood cultures. Appt scheduled for ENT. Geez, it's a long wait.
I've been Covid tested 12 times

I kid you not. Always negative. All 12 times, Sinuses.
Now, I've learned about sinusitis/sleep, I'm going to pay more attention. Keep a journal, how I sleep when I sneeze. I was put on Androgel for hot flash. Gonna share all info with Endo, even he tried to figure out what was going on, possibly causing hot sensation/sleep disturbance.
They body system is such a mystery........
