Service manual for Resmed airsense 10

Post by Htimstrebor » Sun Aug 21, 2022 9:12 am

The reason i need FULL information is that the business i bought the unit from can only help 40 hours a week and those hours are not the hours the machine is used. If a failure or problem arises, it will be at a time when the office is NOT open. This devise is usually used by a person who can't wait two or three days for help.
The USER manual does NOT give all info a care provider needs to minimise or solve problems.

ResMed doesn't make their Service Manuals available to the public, but it sounds like you want the Clinical Manual.

ResMed, like most CPAP manufaturers, only distributes them to clinical positions, but copies leak.

Here's a copy:

Consider getting a backup machine, and keeping it at the identical settings for the one you use. You're apparently assuming that if something goes wrong in the machine, you'll be able to diagnose, have the necessary replacement part, and fix it reliably all within the time between the malfunction and when the user goes to sleep. You could be right. But what if you're not there when the machine breaks down? (On a business trip? Ill? hurt one of your hands?). A backup machine (and hose and mask and humidifier of course) is a safer bet.
