Resmed airsense 11 occasionally stops blowing

Hi,
I have only been using a cpap for a few weeks.
The nose pillows weren't working well, so I switched to resmed airfit f30i mask and am now getting a good seal.
I have noticed that my machine occasionally stops blowing. It did it twice this morning for sure. It woke me up.
I started breathing hard to start it up again.
Does anyone experience this?

Is the auto off feature on the AirSense 11 enabled or disabled???
What are the leak numbers at the time the machine turned itself off? You will need to use OSCAR to see the leak level details.

Smartstart and smartstop are both enabled.

The machine can shut itself off (when SmartStop is enabled) when faced with a large leak...it doesn't know the human is attached at the other end. Was there a large leak at the time of the shut off? This needs to be figured out first because you need to figure out if the leak caused the power off or if there is some other issue with the machine causing it to power down.
Gotta figure out the cause of the problem first then you work on a plan to fix the problem.

Exactly which model AirSense 11 do you have and does it have a SD card in place in the machine?

I don't think that it has an sd card.

Yep. That's it and i read through the manual, before posting:-)

That's a combo manual meaning it covers the 3 different AirSense 11 models.
Which model do you have ?
CPAP?
Elite?
AutoSet?
Important to know because OSCAR software can't help if the machine doesn't record detailed information and the "CPAP" model doesn't record detailed information.
Model name is clearly stated on the front of the machine.

If you read the manual...did you look to see if there was a SD card in the slot?
Detailed data MUST go directly onto a SD card for OSCAR software to show the details and the SD card HAS to be in the machine all night to get those details.
If your machine doesn't have a SD card in the slot you can go to WalMart or similar store and get any generic SD card and plug it in.
Doesn't need to be a fancy expensive SD card either and in fact the bigger/fancier cards are just a waste of money.
4 GB size is plenty big enough but those smaller cards are getting hard to find and sometimes more expensive than the higher capacity cards.
Last time I needed a new card (bent one of the little metal thingies) the smallest I could find that was cheap was a 16 GB.

My machine is an airsense 11 autoset.
There is no sd card in the slot.
I have an extra 8 gb card that I can use.

I downloaded Oscar 1.40 on my Windows 11 64 bit laptop.
I put the sd card in my machine and will report back tomorrow.

How was your sleep quality last night?
Did you spend much time awake tossing and turning and trying to sleep or did you sleep soundly for the most part?

I seemed to be up every 2 hours. It wasn't good sleep. A lot of air seemed to be coming out of the vent.
I kept fiddling with the mask and felt a bit clausraphobic.
