I use an Air sense 11 and I bought this a month ago for my vacation home, due to getting away last minute sometimes and would never be able to sleep a minute without it. OF COURSE, Phillips finally sent my replacement DS2 this weekend. The 10 is in the box with all parts included. Not sure if my settings were out in from the place I bought it, do you'll have to get it changed to your settings. $500 shipped in lower 48 states. Please PM for pics

Is what you're selling truly the Autoset or is it the CPAP model? what does it say on the front of the machine.

Also, you'd be way better off to dump the crappy DS2 and keep an Autoset.

It's a 10 Autoset.

Yep. 100X better than what they sent you--IMHO.
Especially if it's zero run hours.

I've never used (and [insert diety here] willing), never will use a DS2.

I've read lots of comments about the crappy cheap build quality, plus they've got the same not nearly as good as Resmed auto algorithm as all the other auto machines since 2010,

Additionally, they're *noisier*, which is why I ditched the 60 series I bought back in 2014, in 2014. I couldn't put up with the varying whine that it produced, it annoyed me when my bedmate was using it on the other side of the king size bed.

There are lots of things to not like about it, including the fact that even the new foam has attracted the attention of the FDA.

You may not realize that cpap.com is offering the same machine on sale regularly for $499 (got another email offer for this deal a few hours ago, promo code is "resupply23" for this price) with a full manufactures warranty, free shipping, etc. May be a challenge to sell your machine at the same price on the secondary market as a result. Also recommend that you clarify if the machine, while new, is unused with 0 hours. From your original post it sounded like you may have used it briefly on a getaway to your vacation home.

Saw one DS2 data point on a complaint posted about Second Wind CPAP where they recently offered $300 for a new in box DS2 and dropped the offer to $175 when they found it had been used for a few hours and so was no longer considered new.

I said I bought it for my second home. And then my DS2 came. It has never been used .
