SEVERE DRY EYES

Can anyone tell me what they use to cover eyes while using the cpap machine cause my eyes are so dry. I think the vent is going into the my pillow and coming into my face.

When I was using a FFM, mask liners were a game changer. they tame the leaks that bother you.

padacheek.com makes the best ones.

I have the same problem, especially in the summer when I take antihistamines. My simple hack is to wear a sleep mask over my eyes. That prevents the air blow issues in my eyes and has the added benefit of the early sunrise not waking me up.

I have the Manta Sleep Mask. It is reasonably priced and on Amazon. Also provides 100% blackout and the eye cups are very comfortable.

I used swim goggles.
Obviously not the ones that cover the nose.

I use a silicone eye mask, recommended by my dry eye specialist. Eyeseals 4.0 Works great!

2nd on Eyeseals 4.0. They are great, but a little fragile, so don't expect it to last more than a year. I always keep a backup as they tend to rip without warning.

The manta mask looks interesting.

I have been having a lot of problems with dry eyes lately. I have a couple of questions - do the Manta and Eyeseals block out light completely and are they comfortable for a side sleeper?

The Eyeseals are available in both clear and opaque (colored) versions. The opaque do block light. I am a side/stomach sleeper and find them very comfortable.
