Resmed airsense 11 error message

Post by glennMch » Mon Oct 16, 2023 5:03 pm

Hi,
Last night I got an error message,

"Attention

Heating system error. Therapy may run without heating."

Is this a hose problem or a machine problem?
Thanks,
Glenn

How old is the machine?
Is it still under warranty?

It is under 1 year.
I switched out hoses last night and did not have a problem.

Hi. I’m one year in as of August. Very recently I twice had the same error appear on my Air Sense 11 display as well. I changed out my hose and water tub less than a month ago. Before sending an SOS to the sleep center and DME, I decided to first try and reseat my hose and water tub. The 2nd time I slid the tub back in, it clicked, where it did not click before. After cleaning these items this pass weekend, I again may sure the tub clicked when sliding it in, and that the hose was securely reconnected. So far I have not received anymore errors. I’m crossing my fingers hoping the problem is resolved.

Update:
After a bunch of experimenting, I found that it was the water tank.
I pulled out my old one and have used it since posting and have not had a problem.
Thanks,
Glenn
