HI ! I'm new to the boards. If there is an area for Sell / Buy on here I apologize for posting this query into the main forum.
Have been using my REMStar 400M series since 2003. Remarkably, the unit I am using has been in use all but two or three nights since 2004. I made the mistake of putting my first CPAP into checked baggage on an air flight. It did not survive the trip home...
Anyway, I haven't used the humidifier for more than 10 years. The unit suits my needs very well and helps me manage my issues.
Here's the reason for the post: I have lose the Air Outlet Port for the device. That is the square plastic interface that allows the air hose to attach directly to the CPAP and bypass use of the humidifier entirely.
Finding this part would allow me to ditch the larger bag and humidifier unit and upgrade to a new and more basic 12vdc power supply.
Does anyone have a lead on older parts dealers? Google is not my friend; I've spent hours combining phrases and the model # in the hopes of finding some company or person who has older parts.
Similarly, Philips seems to have no Customer Service for REMStar beyond the lawsuit links. ( My machine predates those issues by 7 years ), and I cannot figure out how to ask that company for a parts division, if one even exists.
My gratitude in advance for any leads or ideas !!

Seeking Parts for the REMStar 400M Series CPAP
Re: Seeking Parts for the REMStar 400M Series CPAP
I don't know what that part of the machine is called nor do I have the part number but maybe the service manual can point you to the specific part information.

Once you get the official part name or number you can do a search for it on the internet.
If no luck you might get in touch with acbio.com who used to repair those old Respironics machines and they might know something that might help.

Thanks so much !! Great info.
That name I used in my post is the descriptor in the manual. It showed no part number, sadly.
Will get on with that company on Monday !

I have a RemStar M-series that I am parting with. And I have the square part you’re referencing. I took a picture of it, but can’t figure out if I can actually post a picture here. I don’t really know what to do with the whole machine, I hate dumping stuff that works in the landfill but I dont know that there’s any way to have it re-used. Also have a M series filters and unopened Fisher & Paykel FlexiFit masks (HC407)

I am with the same situation. I was packing for a trip, and wasn't taking the Humidifier section. I can't find the air Outlet Port to reinstall. I can't find one to purchase online - does anyone have one out there collecting dust?
