Resmed 11

Post by Jlcds2 » Wed Jun 26, 2024 5:24 pm

Hello I had apena symptoms and tested but it showed no apena but oxygen drops to 91 . We discussed UARS and I am doing apap 7.4-9 epr 3 . Well I only feel a tiny bit better some days worse, lots of acid reflux, I don’t sleeP the whole 8 hrs it records . I wake up tired sometimes lots of jaw pain like I was without the machine. It says I only have .1-.5 apena but they are central?! I haven’t had much help with this .

Please upload your SD card into a free SleepHQ account and post a night's data here. It's a website just for sharing and analyzing sleep data, the Resmed 11 series is one among many supported there. Here's a representative night of mine, via the three buttons in the upper right and Share:

https://sleephq.com/public/a95543c6-157 ... cca0be652a

Note that all the machine settings are shared... and it's anonymous. Also note you can zoom in with the mouse by click-and-drag... use the 'r' key to zoom back out.

Ok I finally got in lab tirtated although I’m positive they messed up I’m still struggling here is last night , I’m exhausted better than without but definitely not fixed. It varies every night. I can’t sleep at all in my bedroom so I’m on the couch .

Did you ever have a sleep study or the titration sleep study using a Pes device for diagnosing and treating UARS
or
did they just say "you don't have OSA so you must have UARS and then they did the titration study but without the Pes device being used everything is nothing but a WAG (wild ass guess).

I got a triation, I tried to post my Oscar it won’t do it? No PES . They obviously got it wrong 8 epr 3 definitely isn’t the answer.

Without doing the titration with a Pes device you have to do a LOT of trial and error subjective use with varying pressures to try to find the right pressure .
Without doing the diagnostic study with a Pes device you don't even know for sure if you have UARS or not.

You need to get with your medical team and come up with a different plan of attack.

SleepHQ.com is so much easier (free account).

Here is last night, the night was a lot of interrupted dreams although pretty decent day , although no work but church and a 2 mile walk. I did have fatigue but functioned although i have gotten used to bad sleep its really bad when I clog completely up for known reasons in sleep. I also had dry mouth issues that woke me up a lot last night
