Hello, good people.
I will be doing an at home sleep study. My sleep doc is having me wear a ring. And that is it. No sensors to the head or chest.
I'm assuming that it only reads O2 levels and heart rate? Haven't got a chance to talk to the doc about it yet.
Am I right?
Also...are there apnea testing "rings" that I could purchase that are the equivalent of what the sleep doc is going to have me use?
Thank you in advance.

Maybe not. Check out all that the SleepImage Ring records. It's FDA-approved and requires a prescription. https://www.sleepfoundation.org/sleep-s ... est-review
