Finally got a supply prescription. Yay!

Found a new primary and she was nice enough to write me a supply prescription. Yay!

Now I can order off cpap.com Can anyone recommend the best non heated hose for the Aircurve 10 on cpap.com

Well I was so happy now I'm sad. They say it's not valid. Its e signed has my name and date of birth and her info and says it is good for all masks, hoses, supplies etc.

I would contact cpap.com and ask them exactly why they say the script is not valid.

Also: Hoses do not require a script to buy.

I have no idea what cpap.com is doing...their form letter
stated " As discussed, we are required by law to have a prescription on file for each order containing a machine, humidifier, mask, some heated tubes, and also Bongo Rx/EPAP Therapy.". ?? As discussed with who? I didn't even put in an order yet all I did was upload the prescription from my doctor.

Doesn't matter.... the online supply store in las vegas accepted it. I'm not sure why cpap.com denied it but I'll just put in my orders to the store in Vegas. I can avoid shipping and just take a trip to see my daughter.

Edited : I'm really frustrated because I wanted to support cpap.com because of this forum. So I will give it one more go and ask why they think its not valid.
