Resmed Airsense 11 water tank

Post by JeffL » Thu Nov 21, 2024 8:31 pm

Why do I have to slide the water tank in two or three times before it clicks into place correctly and doesn't leak? Has anyone found a cure for this?

Try removing and reinstalling the connector piece between the tank and hose. It usually corrects it on the first try for me. If you remove the tank, you’ll see the release button for the connector on the inside back wall - small gray button. Someone posted a video explaining that the problem is likely the result of the lack of an L in the hose connection. The hose has to bend and that can knock that connector piece of out alignment.
