Airsense 11 and Oscar No data on SD card

I was rolling along able to import my O2 ring and AirSense data into OSCAR. The graphs, statistics etc were awesome and informative.

Recently the last days the O2 imports work but not the AirSense.

When I look at the data card all the folders are there whether its the card I was using or a new SD card. The Airsense created the proper folders but the data folder is empty. Nothing to import. When I try to import the basic night sleep data (available also on the My Air app) iw imported. Alas the rest is missing.

I have cycled the AirSense 11 on and off by unplugging and giving it a time out for 1/2 hour or more.

I am in the midst of changing my mask size and considering using EPR or VICom attachment. The Oscar advanved data would realy be useful

Was the SD card in the machine all night while it was running?

How soon after you shut the machine off did you yank the card out?
