I’m looking at the Resmed Mini, Breas Z2, and Somnetics Transcend Micro. It needs to adapt to European voltage, and only the Brea says it does. If the manufacturer doesn’t say it explicitly, I assume it doesn’t. Am I right? No point in buying a small machine if I have to pack more stupid gadgets to take up more space. Might as well bring my AirSense 10.
Any feedback on these three? Quietness, ease of use? Availability of accessories? Overall portability?

Re: Travel machines
I finally found the user manual for the Somnetics, it’s 100-240V.

Resmed mini, same voltage range.

So all three will work.

Here’s a comparison that favors the Resmed for quietness and ability to report data.

Re: Travel machines
I have a Z2 Auto. In my previous job, I traveled a bit, and since luggage space was an issue for me, I purchased one of those. My comments are the following.
>All Travel Machines not as quiet as a Resmed Airsense 10/11.
>The noise tends to be not so much from the machine itself, but is transfered up the tube to the mask.
>The therapy is good, but not quite up to the lever of the Resmed units. For Resmed, my AHIs are usually ~0.5. The Z2 will usually be ~ 1.0-1.5, still pretty
good.
> The Z2 does not suffer from the battery issue with the Z1. No problems with my unit.
I will also share that I used the Z2 Auto for a couple of months afterI had a defect on my original Airsense 10.
Bottom line full size units are always better, but the travel unit is great to have when traveing light.

Re: Travel machines
I've used my Breas Z2 several times in Europe in the last couple years with no problems. I don't like it as much as my home machine, as the breathing doesn't quite feel the same, but it's not too bad and I get used to it quickly. I had the Z1 with the battery issue and got a discounted replacement a few years ago, and I feel the Z2 has a more natural feel than the Z1.
If I were buying now, I'd probably buy the Transcend Micro only because it's even smaller, and I like to travel light. I usually just have a single carry on when I travel so space is at a premium. But I haven't researched how people like it compared to the Z2.
