Congestion, running nose, sneezing during the day.

I am a new user of the CPap machine. Just a month now. I am having a terrible time during the day after use of the CPap at night. When I awaken in the morning and remove the mask my head immediately becomes congested, I begin sneezing, and then after a while my nose starts to run. This goes on all day long along with the dry mouth. Has anyone else had this problem after starting the CPap? I had no problem with congested sinuses until I started CPap therapy. I am really frustrated and was ready to tell the Dr. to take the machine away! He talked me into trying a nasal mask and gave me the heated humidifer (I started with the passover cold humidifer) to try and come back and see him in a month.
Any sugestions from anyone?

Have you tried the heated humidifier with the heat on yet?
A heated humidifier has helped me alot. I didn't have one during the first week, and my nose was miserable. Seemed to help. You can regulate how much heat. Have you tried it yet?
