I actually have a sleep apnea medical alert charm for my italian charm bracelet. I figured that wouldn't be quite as obvious. Not to mention that I have so many medical conditions that I'd need several medi-alert bracelets to cover them all. Now I just have a charm for each. Can't remember where I got it though. I actually think it may have been on e-bay. The charm has the star of life and you can have them put whatever condition you want on it.
