I had an awful time with a locally owned DME and ended up firing them after two weeks. I had a script for an autopap and they were insisting the M series Plus was the machine I needed!! Anyway that is another thread.

I asked my doctor who she recommended and she suggested Lincare. I have had good luck with them up to this point. Keeping my fingers crossed the luck will stay with me.

I used to use Lincare when I first started. I was working with a GP that knew nothing about sleep apnea and a sleep doc that I'd never met (just paid). The RT would make suggestions about what to do in my care and the GP would sign them. After awhile things weren't getting better and the RT kept pawning me off on an RT that treated me like a child. I don't care how smart the guy's supposed to be he had NO customer service skills. I would have paid for their services had they been willing to provide them, but they weren't... so I don't. If I need an RT now, there is either the one at my new sleep doc's or the one at my new DME (local).
