Best headgear for large round heads

Okay, so we're also trying to find a good mask fit for my hubby. He has a round face and a big round head. He's been using the Resmed Ultra Mirage for the last five years or so, but has big leaks that total an hour or two with that mask.

He's also tried the Fisher and Paykel 432 and the Hans Rudolph v2 and is now trying the FP 431. We discovered the first night that the problem he's having with the FP masks is not the mask but the headgear. It rides up to the top of his head pulling the mask with it. So last night, he put the Ultra Mirage headgear on and said it was better but it still rode up. The leak rate is much less than with the Ultra Mirage and only 25 minutes total each night for the two he's tried it.

We've look at all the headgear options on CPAP.com, but wonder which would work best for a round head. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I have a PAP CAP that he could test drive. It's in Parkland right now. Let me holler at my tester and see if I can pick it up on Thursday on my way to your house.

Sounds like his big round melon is what the designers of the Headrest nasal pillows mask's headgear had in mind!
