Aerophagia - where to go from here?

A couple of things....I have no aerophagia in the falcon position. It' s far superior for me than side sleeping when it comes to aerophagia. Secondly....A flex makes a big difference for me...C flex not so much.

That is good news. Would you mind posting that at viewtopic/t43663/Aerophagia--How-It-Was ... -Case.html .

This would allow people to see more than one of us having success with the Falcon position for aerophagia.

I have a pretty high pressure - 17 cm - and I expericence some problems with gas in my upper and lower GI tracts. I use Gas-X as needed to deal with the problem. When titrated, recently at 21 cm, I experienced pain and requested the sleep technican to turn down the pressure. Upon doing so, I did not experience any more pain. My AHI is currently averaging between 3 and 5 and I feel quite rested. I'm satisfied with the treatment as long as I don't experience any pain. And Gas-X helps me deal with the excess gas after I get up in the morning.
