I have found your answers very helpful and supportive of a new user. I started with my ResMed Swift LT Nasal Pillow System and ResMed S8 Escape II machine. It hasn't been as much of a struggle as I thought it would be.
I also take the RLS medication and was wondering if you thought it would be OK or if any of you take a Tylenol PM to help put you to sleep. I keep waking up and finding the nasal pillow out of place. Ordered a chin strap this morning, because I wake up with my mouth open!
Thanks for all your help.

Re: New to CPAP Machine & Pillows
Hi, a suggestion for you is to try a full face mask. I tired the mirage liberty (closest I got to nasal pillow system) I couldn't keep the pillows in I am also a mouth breather but a piilow system just might not be the best choice for you although they are comfortable.

Re: New to CPAP Machine & Pillows
Thanks for your reply. I have only had this pillow thing for a few days. The Sleepcair place is supposed to call me in 1 week and see how I like it. Can I get another mask so soon, or do I have to wait the 3 months to replace it?

I was told that mine was too severe of an RLS case. I had over 400 kicks within 4 hours. Pretty severe.
