I sleep on my side, but the pillows don't work well for me. Can anyone recommend a nasal mask that works well for active sleepers?
Thanks

Re: nasal mask for side sleeper
The Activa is really good for active sleepers. Most people have success with it, a few people have reported that it doesn't work for them but I get the impression it really works well for most. It was my second mask and I still use it frequently, and I have never had any other mask seal so nicely.
BTW there are different types of pillows that maybe work better for you, and there are also lots of "fixes" you can use to stabilize the pillows, if that was an issue. What kind do / did you use and what was the problem with them?

pinkyjane, masks are very individual matters, and what works for one might not work for another. Different nasal masks fit in different ways, and for all masks the pillow you use can make a huge difference. It might help if you fill in your profile with your equipment (text, not pix) so people can give you more specific information. What, specifically, isn't working for you?

Re: nasal mask for side sleeper
Pinkyjane--I am a side sleeper that changes sides frequently during the night. I am currently using the ResMed FX, but earlier I used the Fisher Playkel Zest nasel mask with much success and comfort. One of the features of this mask is that it is designed to adjust somewhat to your turning your head on the pillow. This allows for a good fit and low leakage. Keep trying, you will find a mask that is right. Good luck.
