dry nose

been getting dryness to nostrils ,causes irritation during the day.usually sleep 5 /6hrs , find it hard to go back to sleep even without mask,had to get up without disturb wifey ,make a cup of tea and watch repeat of the virginian tv series ,started to enjoy in the morning .

sol, have you tried Lansinoh or Ayr gel for the nostrils? Or maybe adjusting your humidity?

Hi Sol, when I first started cpap the local doc gave me some Nedimed Naso Gel spray for dry noses (he also uses cpap) and I use that every night before bed to keep sinuses Ok. I also use Fess Nasal Gel (recommended by ENT specialist) to keep nasal passages moist. Using both each night I fnd my nose is never dry. Both readily available in Aust chemists. Hope these might help you too.
