Glad your neurologist is referring you to a specialist in autonomic nervous system disorders. There's a bunch of them. And unfortunately, due to the fact they involve the brain stem the overall prognosis is not all that good.Gus wrote:... I am 35, which I've been told is young for any of the main causes of hypotension.
Funny thing is that this started with postural, but have found now that I can get dizzy just sitting down.

But as your neurologist notes, 35 is a bit young for most of those disorders.
You might find that drinking a tall glass of water will help you maintain your BP. It's not perfect, but it helps.
Of course, the downside is that you only "rent" the water. A couple hours later you will need to deal with it.
Hopefully this will turn out to be something innocuous. But in any event, I hope you are able to find some answers that you can accept. And remember, no matter the diagnosis. You are more, much more than the diagnosis. Continue to strive to do and be as much as you can. That's all any of us can do on our journey.
