How to use the gecko nasal pad

Post by Matty332 » Sun Jun 10, 2012 5:09 pm

Does anyone else have a gecko nasal pad? I went to the shop and could only find a large one, I have a medium quattro mirage and the pad caused the mask to leak? Does it have to sit completely inside the mask or can it extrude under the edges? I have ordered a small one to try that. Also, I find it has a bizarre strong smell, does this bother anyone else?

I googled it and it is not something I have used but it seems to me it would extrude and be difficult to seal. Maybe a smaller one will work.

Mine (was) the sleep comfort care pad,
which became the Resmed Gecko right after I bought mine for a much better price.
I was unsuccessful in getting it to stop leaks. The smell, however, went away.
It reside(d) in my misc. stuff box. If someone wants it, PM me.----(done)
Edit: It's gone, now.

I have one and it works fine. I just place it over the bridge of my nose and place the softgel right on it.
