If you are handy you can repair it with JB Weld, it's easyier if you can find the little broken part. I use a wooden mach stick for a tool to mix and apply, and plastic I have around for reinforcements. just epoxy the part on lightly and let it set up, a slow process, in a couple of hours add more for real grip.
Don't glue the ball clip in solid, and it's messy. Keep old masks around for parts and emergencies. These masks break there a lot, keeping them too tight and not taking the clip out correctly cause trouble. Jim

Your going to need a new mask. Most masks allow you to order parts but with this, get the whole thing so you have spare of everything else.
Super glue or better will work for a few days if you have the other bits. Model car glue would might work much better for that plastic.
You could drill a small hole or two and put a tie wrap and then cover the hole with something like hot glue if its in the area where the pressure is or if you can drill a tiny hole in the bracket, use it and a bread tie wrap to connect to your straps. Just watch that where the ends point so they don't scratch in the night.
