how to find the firmware version and run hours on S9

Post by blomasky » Mon Jan 21, 2013 4:19 pm

My dme just dropped of a shiny new (I think) S9 autoset. (I notice the 90w power supply is much smaller than one that came with an S9 I got 6 months ago. Where on the clinicians menu (or wherever) can I find both the total run hours and the firmware version?

Thanks
Bruce

I believe some of this info appears in different places in the menu depending on the version of the software, so yours may not be in the same place.

In my case, you don't actually need the clinician's menu

Press info - service - SW shows you the firmware version. (SX474-0602)

Back to home menu or timeout

Press and hold Info and Setup until the menu changes into the advanced info menu
Sleep report - Scroll down to "run hours" - 2605 hours.

Note that "Run hours" is the machine hours, not "Used hours." Also, run hours includes the cool down cycle at the end of each session you have, so the number will be higher than expected.
