This is an unnecessary return to cheap shots, DeadlySleep, as ems, the member to whom you refer, is another intelligent and respected member of this community, who has contributed nearly 1500 posts to helping us and each other with our sleep apnea therapy.

You should be following today's example on the part of dlanbro and drop the attacks and name-calling. Let's live and let live.

Respectfully, Nate
A return? I don't think so, it was already in the original post.

NateS, I wonder if the member appreciates you pointing out his userid? Neither dlanbro nor I did. I doubt anyone reading this thread knew who the "moron" was until you pointed it out.

Very polite to apologize but completely unnecessary. We've all been there. Glad you are not giving up.

DeadlySleep, I guess you missed the point then. ems's post was entirely appropriate and quite polite. Nothing moronic about it, and I'm entirely confident that she would not be upset with the mention of her screen name. Instead of saying something like "That's a false and serious attribution" she merely politely asked where on the internet she would find the alleged quote.

The point of my post here was that we are all in this together, here primarily to help each other with our therapy for sleep apnea, and we should NOT be calling each other "morons" or otherwise attacking the intelligence or character of fellow members.

dlanbro has apologized for a momentary lapse in netiquette while being frustrated with his therapy - why do you persist in perpetuating it?

Nate

Nate, I'm adding you to my "mensch" file. Well said. Ems and the word moron don't even belong in the same sentence, she was making a polite inquiry, what's wrong with that?

Dave, Glad to see you back!

Dori, I completely agree.

I started typing responses several times but could not come up with anything nearly as
eloquent as Nate's response. So I refrained.

I guess I'll have to find another way to get onto your aforementioned list.

Good evening everyone. It's me... the MORON! I sincerely thank all of you for the best laugh I've had in ages. I have some personal stuff going on so this was just the diversion I needed. Laughter really is the best medicine!

And, Dori I agree with you. You and NateS will go immediately to the head of MY mensch list !

Peace people.

Hey, sometimes I think the interenet was practically made for blowing off steam in rants because
life is so stressful we have to release it somehow.

Not just health problems. Its the accumulation of infuriating things that happen in the course
of a week.

Ive actually stopped watching the news! At least on television, i go to a few chosen websites such as drudge to
get information and avoid the slant.

TOday i was driving and getting off an interestate exit ramp and some idiot was actually stopped in their truck
before the stop sign texting.

No need to apologize. Better to rant it out here than blow it off on your spouse

Jeff, I forgot to tell you but you've been on my mensch list for a long time! I won't tell you who comes before you but you're definitely there!
