What Does ASV mean?

ASV = Adaptive Servo-Ventilation

These machines, besides having separate pressure ranges for IPAP (inspiration) and EPAP (expiration),
detect and treat central apneas by forcing breaths with very quick pressure increases. They are
very expensive.

But jdm2857 hit the nail on the head in relation to this forum. ASV also means Adaptive Servo-Ventilation.

Short of saying a machine that can deliver pressure and tidal volume on a breath by breath basis, I'm not sure which I like best, ASV records, a UK record label or Vatican Secret Archives (Archivum Secretum Vaticanum), I wonder if Dan Brown has heard of those.
