Question: I was just in to see my dentist and he mentioned the Tap 3 for sleep apnea. Does anyone have any experience with it? I would love to explore this alternative.
Thanks

A better place to get your questions answered is http://www.apneasupport.org/sleep-apnea ... n-f20.html. Look for posts by sleepdent who is very helpful and feels strongly that the TAPIII is the most effective appliance, particularly if you have severe apnea.
You also might want to look a this study on the TAP3 that compared it effectiveness to fixed appliances for several AHI ranges. Effectiveness means getting the AHI to 5 or below.

Re: Tap 3
I'm titrating on the Tap3 Elite right now. 49er is right--unfortunately this forum is not the best place to get a lot of dental device information. I can try to answer any questions you have, but you'll probably get better answers there.
