No leaks for me, which is new.

But used to Resmed liberty, so hard not being able to scratch my nose when it itches!

I have been using the F10 for about six weeks now. I tried it on in the office of a CPAP supply company here in Hpuston when it first came out and it was so comfortable I didn't even wait until my insurance would pay for a new mask - I bought it, full price, on the spot. I have previously used the Quattro FX, Mirage Quattro, and the FP Forma. All have failed me for many different reasons, but the main problems with all are leakage and comfort. With the F10, I have finally found the perfect mask. By sizing up from the ME provider's recommended medium to a large, and using three RemZZZs at a time (I can make them go for three or four days, easy) I have an unbelievably comfortable, leak-free mask that I can easily wear through the night. Using the larger size I find that the top of the mask fits snugly under the ridge above my nose and doesn't ride up in the night the way the medium size would. The headgear is much better at holding the mask in the correct position than the Mirage Quattro, the quick disconnect is much simpler, and the overall package is about as simple and minimal as a FF mask can get. Its also less expensive!

My only complaint is the lower straps attach to the mask. In the interest of simplicity, ResMed did away with the plastic snap connectors altogether, and the lower straps attach to the mask with a simple loop of fabric that slips over a plastic post. Its OK, but in truth I'd prefer the old plastic snap connectors. Still, this feature is only something I complain about because I'm writing this review, not because it really bothers me on a daily basis.

Last night was my second night using my new F10 and I love it. I was previously using the Swift FX ResMed and never got a good night rest as I was constantly adjusting it all night long, not to mention the heaviness ofthe hose and the noise of the air bouncing off anything in the way of the air pouring out! Before my purchase, I read negative feedback about the headgear straps being tight but mine fits very loose! The Airfit is so light, it is unbelievable! There is one problem I am having and that is the pilow seems to feel wider than the swift FX and lays on my upper lip which makes me uncomfortable but hoping I will eventually get used to it. I am not sure of leakage as I have the basic ResMed machine that tells me nothing.

Try tossing the hose over your head and in back of you, behind/over your bed pillow. That solved the problem for me.

Both suck in IMHO. The material both masks share are too soft and do not hold up to high pressures and cinching down. If you let them lightly "float" on your face, the seal is not strong enough. If you cinch it down against the wind it also leaks. F&P Simplus has a better seal although I still have to use a Remzz because it does leak around the eyes.

Somehow I received a P10 frame only. Please contact me if you have headgear you'd like to get rid of. Thanks.

Please note that this thread is about the F10 and not the P10 and the headgear for the F10 is NOT going to work with the P10. They are totally different headgear.
F10 is a full face mask and the P10 is a nasal pillow mask. The headgear is not interchangeable.
There's also a N10 nasal mask...that headgear won't work with the P10 either.

How come your mask package didn't include the headgear? Had the package already been opened and something removed or got lost?

Sorry for the mistake, I have the P10......NOT the F10.

I apologize if there is a forum better suited to my question. I am totally new to this (about 2 weeks). I didn't like the mask that I had, so they sent me a new one, the F10. I have been trying for an hour to figure out how to attach the tube to it. The tube I have says Philips respironics sys1ht15. I don't see any possible was that this tube could fit this mask. There was no adaptor or anything like that in the package. If really like to use this tonight. The instructions are useless. Can anyone help me?

I figured it out. The tube already had an adaptor on it that needed to be removed. I thought it was part of it because it was extremely tight and I was unable to remove it on my own.

I use the full face mask version of the F10. I'm an average sized male, no facial hair, use an autopap S9 at 7-15 range. Prior I used nasal CPAP with mouth tape but found the tape always irritating and would come off and leak. Then went to ZZZ probasics FFM and learned that the small size was best for me. I went with a small on the Airfit F10 and went with the free-return shipping that Cpap.com offers. It did not go back, this thing is the best FFM I've had. No forehead thing like the quattro and no leak like the quattro. Personally I find the air dispersal system quieter than the Probasics ZZZ and so does my girlfriend. The only downside is the mask for some reason on the skin below my lower lip causes dry skin. No where else. Weird.

+1 on the larger size. My RT fitted me with a Medium cushion, but since I use a large Quattro FX, I felt that I needed the large F10 cushion as well. He gave me both to try. Sure enough, I prefer the larger size for the same reasons as above.

I am not thrilled with the air vents, although if you have a bed partner, this is the way to go. The air blows around the elbow--not at your bed partner. Unfortunately, the breeze can be felt on my face, so I keep thinking I have a leak when I don't. I hope Resmed modifies this vent arrangement in the future.

I use an ASV and find that the F10 very easily accommodates the sudden pressure swings. Along with the lighter mask and improved headgear, I am very happy with this mask!

I also use ASV, and jumped from the Air/AirFit medium to the large size (I even wish ResMed had an Air/Airfit XL size). I don't mind the circular air vents because I had problems with the Quattro FX (QFX) vents and I dealt with those successfully, it all comes the territory.

I've said it before but I can't say it enough: In many ways the AirFit F10 introduction pulled me back from the dismal edge of CPAP/ASV failure. After using the F10 for a few months I now realize how much damage my Quattro FX was doing to my middle-of-the-night sleep. Leak anxiety was literally destroying my mental state... daytime and nightime. I don't think I can make that more clear. However, I realize some people love the QFX and I am certainly am happy for them and wish them continued success (IOW, The QFX is probably fine for some faces and for lower pressures).

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.
