Push up on the bottom edge/clip of the mask as you push it out of the frame. It's quite robust so no need to be very gentle. You must disengage the latch or it won't come out...

Grab either stub/post that the headgear loops around and pull the tip of that stub/post it out a little bit (gentle pressure is enough)... you'll note that both the cushion shell and the frame pop apart easily if you do that

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

Like a lot of stuff in life, once you learn the "simple" trick it's easy. That said, sometimes learning the "simple" trick can take awhile (it took me a day or two)

Don't feel bad -- I don't have that mask, but I got to say that puttling my headset together the first few times was quite challenging, as I have poor directional ability. But I figured it out!
