Also, can try zzzquill (Diphenhydramine HCL == nyquil stripped without the acetemenophin and exttras).

My doctor told me to try REMfresh, which is meletonin designed to extend the efficacy over a longer more spread out, period).

zzzquil works, but both can give groggy headaches in morning. And melatonin is one of the very few OTC vitamins that really does have a medicinal effect on sleep, IMO.

Melatonin is not a vitamin. It's a hormone.

really
are you a doctor

i have been on very long term use of ibuprofen
used to be 800mg 3x a day
3200mg a day is the max safe dosage and i was under that

over the years it has come down to 200 2x a day

and MY DOCTOR IS HAPPY WITH MY USING IT
never mentioned any problems
nor have any previous doctors

now long term advil is a different issue
You forgot to change this one. Your changing post to appear not to be wrong is really low. I suggested Advil may not be a good idea long term, you said you use ibuprofen long term by Dr Consent but advil no good. They are the same chemical.

Ever notice that when xxyzx has a mistake or an error, or in this case an out and out attempt to lie, he just quits responding to the thread.

I'd believe it was a minor error if you had not gone back and changed one post containing the error but were not smart enough to get back to the first time you misstated. That my friend is an out and out lie, and that tells people about your reliability in your postings.

Also, there is much more that I have pointed out your mistakes, and outright errors here, and in at least one other case caught you changing a post to hide the evidence. But I am on to you, so I will use lots of quotes now.

I have a much bigger grip with your claims re Pulmonary hypertension and ASV vrs trilogy machines, then there are the accusations that I am posting under other names, and that other people are posting under other names, and that I was told to knock it off by the forum owner, and a multitude of other items I do not care to remember at the moment.

While the children play and pollute your thread, I will give you some others to consider!

Melatonin is a good one as mentioned. L-Theanine is also very good as is Valerian Root. I take one of each and fall asleep very well, even with this freaking scuba mask on each night! All three of these are natural based supplements.

I have a family member who did use Tylenol PM for over a year. It's not a problem using it if it reduces pain. If pain is not your issue, then there are other methods (that have already been suggested).

If disturbances are what is keeping you up, try finding an app that has sounds that help you mask out those disturbances. I find ocean waves works quite well for everything but truck traffic. YMMV. There are apps that have 50+ sounds to experiment with - volume is just as important. If you can't hear the sound over your cpap breathing, it's not going to help. If you don't have a handy app device that can be near your bed, there are sound machines as well.

Pharmacist chiming in. If you don't have pain issues affecting your sleep, avoid using ibuprofen daily.

The active ingredient in Advil pm is diphenhydramine which acts as an antihistamine, making you drowsy. If you have success with it you may want to try Silenor. It is a low dose of doxepin which only acts on histamine receptors and will knock you out pretty good. There is no issues with tolerance, withdrawal with Silenor. I've used it personally.

There are a lot of prescription meds to try, but if you have an anti-drug PCP, what are you supposed to do? Benadryl does nothing for me even at 100MG and I'm not sure what is really too much.

I have also seen studies that associate diphenhydramine with Alzheimer's. I'm guessing that that is one of the ingredients.
