viewtopic.php?f=1&t=44168&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&hilit=Yeah+But

Newbies might want to read the above thread. From time to time we get people who post with nothing but whining and excuses for their failures. Blaming everything under the stars for their problem yet unwilling or unable to implement any suggestions. So either a "yeah ....but... I can't" person or someone who just wants to continually post and gather sympathy by histrionics posting. Short of a 2X4 to get their attention it is doubtful that what we suggest will ever be implemented or tried. We can't help someone who is unwilling to help himself.

I normally have loads of patience but reached the end of mine with this one a while back. Those of you that have kept trying...my hat is off to you all. Worms causing sleep apnea...I have heard it all now. Histrionic poster...there is a term for those and we shouldn't feed them. As with anything I say this is just my personal opinion and if someone thinks I am harsh....well so be it. Everyone is entitled to their opinion no matter how different, that includes me as well.
I just see no sense in my beating my head against the wall trying to get through to someone who doesn't want to listen.

I would never laugh at anyone. I wasn't laughing... just trying to get you to see the light.

I am very sad you are suffering. It's time to follow all the advice you have been given here, as well as in your other thread.

I'm done.

SWA17.
I, on the other hand, am laughing at you. I think you're a troll having a little fun and seeking attention.

My most recent serious interaction with you was to explain back-up breath rate and for you to leave it alone.

But you didn't listen (as is your pattern) and you raised the BPM rate.

It killed your patient initiated breaths and you then had to start yet another thread asking "What happened to my Patient Initiated breaths?"

This could go on forever and you would never learn a thing. You know what to do and won't do it.

Oh, and worms can be diagnosed with a stool specimen for ovum and parasites...

All except the invisible worms that cause sleep apnea.

Don't you get it yet?

I don't understand why I am getting all this judgment and flak from people when I am just trying to get sleep apnea help
like the good poster said you have to find the cause- I have tried everything which isn't working
like I said I've tried bipap and while it works the first night for many people it hasn't for me and I am still not 100% after months on it, still get headaches

anyway I still can't remember or think well- my career is in danger because of this disease
I don't know why you want to exhaust me while I am already sick with this? I think in a small percentage of cases maybe the worms could be causing sleep disturbances

like if you have OSA you have a set of options that work, if it's CSA there are other options like acetazolamide, but you wouldn't just have tonsil surgery if you have only CSA

About 10% of OSA cases can be resolved by weight loss.

No you don't have to find the cause - the medical researchers have to find the cause - you have to focus on making it work. When you do, you can get a medical degree and do research on the causes.

Guess I'm not done.

I still get headaches also. CPAP or BPAP are NOT miracle cures. I get less headaches, but I still get them. I do feel more positive and alert, and I believe that is because I am 100% compliant. You can not expect to feel better in any area if you continue to not be compliant. You have heard the same thing over and over and over. What will it take for you to see that you aren't helping yourself in the least?!

I'm beginning to think that this is all fun and games for you, and you are enjoying every moment of it. Unless you have something to say that makes any sense, I really am done this time.

If you are concerned about your job then try some of the things the good people here have been telling you to try. If you believe you have worms then go get some medicine for them, if the worms caused your OSA then it probably is to late cause now you have it so deal with it and start being proactive.about treating it.
